NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 12, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09 CA 22989 of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein u.s. bank national association, as trustee for the holders of bear stearns alt-a trust 2006-3, mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2006-3, is Plaintiff, and james m. sumilat and lilian t. sumilat a/k/a lilian sumilat, trustees of the sumilat revocable living trust dated september 7, 2006, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
condominium unit 8312, plantation park private residences, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the declaration of condominium thereof recorded in official record book 8252, page 2922, as amended from time to time, and as recorded in condominium book 37, page 50 through 81, of the public records of orange county, florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
