NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling foreclosure sale on August 22, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-017624-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein bac home loans servicing, l.p. f/k/a countrywide home loans servicing, l.p. is Plaintiff and john r. dahl, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www. myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
building no.7, unit no. b-03 of cypress woods, a condominium thereof, according to the declaration of the condominium ad recorded in official records book 2522, page 960 of the public records of orange county, florida, and amendments abd attachments thereto, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
