NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling foreclosure sale on August 22, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-020212-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein bank of new york as trustee for the certificateholders cwmbs, inc., chl mortgage pass-through trust 2006-oa4 mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2006 oa4 is Plaintiff and manuel a. galeano, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www. myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
condominium unit 205, building 13, southern pines, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the decelaration of condominium thereof recorded in official record book 8392, page 2508, as amended from time to time, of the public records of orange county, florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
