Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 21, 2009, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
LOT 91, SWEETWATER WEST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 12-18, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 1332 VALLEY PINE CIR, APOPKA, FL 32712; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on September 30, 2011 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
