NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-009205 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC is the Plaintiff and ROBERT E SOUTH JR A/K/A ROBERT E SOUTH, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR OAK STREET MORTGAGE LLC, JAN M HENDERSON, TIMMIE C HENDERSON, GINGER C SOUTH, UNKNOWN TENANT (S), UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAN M HENDERSON and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIMMIE C HENDERSON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 30th day of September, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, BLOCK B, ROYAL ESTATES SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
