NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-039142 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE OF SAMI II 2006-AR3 is the Plaintiff and ANA M. KRITIKOS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANA M. KRITIKOS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 3rd day of October, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 310. QUAIL TRAIL ESTATES UNIT TWO-A, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 118, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY,FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
