QUANRUD, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 217 OF UPTOWN PLACE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8032, PAGE 2865 AND ALL AMENDMENTS FILED THERETO, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS BOOK OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AND UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 27th day of September, 2011.
