Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 22, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-004444-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and KRISTINE BUONO, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 159, PIEDMONT LAKE PHASE TWO ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 31,32 AND 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 27th day of September, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
