NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 25th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-08369, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and JUAN FERNANDO ARIAS, MONICA VILLEGAS, METROWEST MASTER ASSOCITAION, INC., STONEBRIDGE COMMONS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., VENTURA AT STONEBRIDGE COMMONS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, JANE DOE and JOHN DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 30th day of September, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 403, BUILDING 4, PHASE 4, VENTURA AT STONEBRIDGE COMMONS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8012, PAGE 1307, AS AMENDED BY THIRD AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8249, PAGE 812, AND ALL IT ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, TO BE RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
