NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 25th day of August, 2011, nd entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-002517 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and LEDA I PEREZ A/K/A LEDA IRIS PEREZ, F/K/A LEDA IRIS METZ, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEDA I PEREZ A/K/A LEDA IRIS PEREZ, F/K/A LEDA IRIS METZ N/K/A LEDA IRIS PEREZ, F/K/A LEDA IRIS METZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 6th day of October, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK C, PLANTATION UNIT TWO, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK W, AT PAGE(S) 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
