NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-025050, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and EBLIN AZCARATE, ALEXANDRA GUTIERREZ, GOLFVIEW AT HUNTER'S CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. C/O DON ASHER & ASSOCIATES, A.R.A, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR STOCKTON TURNER, L.L.C. DBA STOCKTON TURNER & COMPANY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EBLIN AZARATE, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALEXANDRA GUTIERREZ N/K/A EBLIN AZCARTE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 4th day of October, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 29, PHASE 2, GOLFVIEW AT HUNTER'S CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5834, PAGE 3235, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVDED INTEREST IN AND TO COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON EXPENSES APPURTENANT TO THE SAID UNIT AS DEFINED AND CONTAINED WITHIN THE DECLARATOIN OF CONDOMINIUM RECITED HEREIN, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
