NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 22nd day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-02173, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein us bank national association, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the home equity asset trust 2006-3 home equity pass-through certificates, series 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and lucia ramirez; ispc; mortgage electronic registration systems incorporated as nominee for sebring capital partners; temple grove estates homeowners association inc.; jane doe; john doe; gregorio hernandez; in possession of the subject property are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 26th day of September, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 82, temple grove estates phase 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 32, pages 126 and 127, public records of orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
