NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-005864 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2006-AR8 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATE, SERIES 2006-AR8, Plaintiff, and, BUCCIARELLI III, NICHOLAS J., et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 3rd day of October, 2011, the following described property:
CONDOMINIUM APARTMENT NO. PH-4, TOGETHER WITH ITS APPURTENANCES IN BAY MARINER, A CONDOMINIUM, INDIAN SHORES, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO ITS DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, INCLUDING ALL EXHIBITS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4160, PAGE 451, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 100, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
