NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-011771CICI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-3, Plaintiff, and, NIZIOLEK, APRIL, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 3rd day of October, 2011, the following described property:
Unit 1103, Phase 10, CHEVY CHASE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 6345, Page(s) 33, as amended in Official Records Book 7094, Page 585, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
