NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 9, 2011, and entered in 52-2009-CA-018529 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and APRIL FOSTER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF APRIL L. FOSTER; FAITH THOMAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FAITH L. THOMAS A/K/A FAITH THOMAS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS; INC. AS NOMINEE FOR CAPITAL ONE HOME LOANS; LLC; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 am on September 23, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 10, NORTH EUCLID EXTENSION SUBDIVISION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
