NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-018082-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the Residential Asset Securitization Trust 2005-A15, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-O under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated December 1, 2005, Plaintiff and Maribeth Amos and David P. Amos, Her Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 17, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 74, BLOCK B, CRESCENT OAKS COUNTRY CLUB PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGES 1 TO 41 INCL., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
