NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-009574 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and The Estate of Charles Don Adams, Deceased and Lee M. Adams are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 17, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 5132, BUILDING “D”, THE PARK EAST CONDOMINIUM, PHASE VII, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 65, PAGES 60 THROUGH 63, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 107, INCLUSIVE, AND FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5431, PAGE 1257, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5540, PAGE 409, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5914, PAGE 1263, AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5914, PAGE 1205, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
