NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated August 23, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-022122-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Chase Home Finance, LLC, Plaintiff and Kelly Anne Trotter, Individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of John J. Stanton, Deceased and Joseph Anthony Stanton, Individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of John J. Stanton, Deceased are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on October 7, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 408, OF TOWN SHORES OF GULFPORT, NO. 212, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 75, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4085, PAGE 1701 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
