NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated August 15, 2011, and entered in 2009 CA 21542 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR ARGENT SECURITIES TRUST 2005-4, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-W4, is the Plaintiff and GLENDA F. ANDERSON; THOMAS L. ANDERSON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 am on October 4, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2 OF MASLAR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, ON PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
