NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 3, 2011, and entered in 52-2009-CA-000603 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and RICHARD SZCZERBACKI; ELAINE SZCZERBACKI; HARBOR OAKS 1 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION; INC; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 am on October 3, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, HARBOR OAKS 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 121, PAGE (S) 10-13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
