NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 5, 2011 and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 25, 2011 entered in Case No. 10-16572-CI-11, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BARCLEY ESTATES CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and KATHRYN L. BISHOFF, is Defendant, KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on September 30, 2011 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of UNIT D, BUILDING 3, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of BARCLEY ESTATES CONDOMINIUM NO. 2, and Exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. Book 4905, Page 1485 et seq., as amended by O.R. Book 4941, Page 377 and O.R. Book 4966, Page 155 and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 36, Pages 60 and 61, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN
THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60
DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
