Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment entered in this cause on August 29, 2011, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the clerk of this court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
An undivided 100 percent ownership in and to that condominium parcel described as Unit No. 203 Camaron Cove Resort Condominium Week No. 46 in accordance with and subject to the terms, provisions, covenants conditions, easements and restrictions contained in the Declaration of Condominium filed in O.R. Book 5430, Page 1801 and any and all amendments thereto, all inclusive in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in the Condominium Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 65, Page 52 through, any and all amendments thereto, all inclusive in Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements thereof.
at a public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 27, 2011, at 10:00 a.m.
