NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 3, 2011 and entered in Case No.: 10-000118CI-07 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CANDACE SMEDLEY, as Personal Representative of the Estate of DORIS S. DALLIER, is the Plaintiff and LORI J. HYDE and ROBERT D. HYDE are the Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on October 3, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 63, TARPON WOODS THIRD ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 78, Pages 4 and 5, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Property Address: 2549 Jennifer Terrace, Palm Harbor, FL 34685.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
