NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 25, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2011-2841-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PATRICIAN OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and THOMAS A. VALLONE, a married man, REGIONS BANK, successor in interest to Amsouth, Bank are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 21, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Apartment No. 302 of PATRICIAN OAKS UNIT VII, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4793, Page 2126, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 31, Page 122, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN
THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60
DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
