NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated December 13, 2010, entered in Case No. 09010251CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Coquina Key, LLC et, al., are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M., on October 4, 2011, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 5285B, BUILDING 24, WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY SOUTH, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 14741, PAGE 2148, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
