NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2007-CA-009249 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST AMADO PLANCHART, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Florida, at the hour of 11AM, on the 7th day of October 2011, the following described property:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 409 OF GULF SHORES, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE AND SUBJECT TO THE EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, COVENANTS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4143, PAGE 1167 THROUGH 1209, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 122 THROUGH 123, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
