NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Condominium Unit 10-F, LAURELWOOD CONDOMINIUM 1, a Condominium together with an undivided share in common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 4145, Pages 1040 through 1057, inclusive, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 17, Pages 45 and 46, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 18, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
