Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 08-009524-CO, Section “41”, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
Unit 202, Building 26, WINDING CREEK II, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 4347, Page 1817, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium book 22, Page 40, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2400 Winding Creek Blvd, #26202, Clearwater, FL 33761.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 A.M., on October 21, 2011. The sale will be conducted on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
