NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 3, 2010 in case no. 2008-CA006728 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-WCW2, is the Plaintiff and YAXUNEY VILLARES and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendants, Ken Burke will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash are held at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 10TH day of October, 2011; the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK D, EL DORADO HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
