NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-11141-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Sunshine Towers Apartment Residences Association, Inc. is Plaintiffl, and John S. Webb is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 21, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium parcel described as Unit 504, SUNSHINE TOWERS APARTMENT RESIDENCES “C”, a Condominium together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as shown on plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7, pages 43 and 44, all in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3488, pages 728 through 802, inclusive, and amended in O.R. Book 3723, pages 11 through 14, inclusive; O.R. Book 5355, page 49; O.R. Book 6953, page 1524; O.R. Book 7531, page 771; O.R. Book 7567, page 2229 and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN
THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60
DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
