NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-10126-CO-41 the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Yorktown at Beacon Place Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and unknown heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, and All other Parties Claiming an Interest by, through, under or against Phyllis F. Howland, Deceased, and Robert Howland, as heir and/or beneficiary are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 21, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL; UNIT NO. 5B, YORKTOWN AT BEACON PLACE, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat 51, pages 16 to 19 inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5198, page 145, as Clerk's Instrument No. 81085614, public record of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN
THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60
DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
