NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 17th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-002907 CI 20, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff and RONALD V. LOGUERCIO and; ________ LOGUERCIO, unknown spouse of RONALD V. LOGUERCIO, if married; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. acting soleley as nominee for GMAC MORTGAGE LLC dba DITECH.COM; ST. TROPEZ CONDOMINIUM III ASSOCIATION, INC.; ST. TROPEZ COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 37, BUILDING NO. 5, ST.TROPEZ CONDOMINIUM III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 77, PAGE 97 TO 99 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5789, PAGES 1171 TO 1878, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
