NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-3712-CO-41 the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Yorktown at Beacon Place Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Kimberly R. Carter is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 21, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 10D, YORKTOWN AT BEACON PLACE, PHASE 5, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 81, Pages 72 through 74, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 5911, Page 461; thereafter amended in O.R. Book 5946, Page 1099; O.R. Book 5981, Page 152; O.R. Book 6007, Page 2050; O.R. Book 6242, Page 191; O.R. Book 6259, Page 348; O.R. Book 6276, Page 1692, O.R. Book 6283, Page 635; O.R. Book 6434, Page 180; O.R. Book 6434, Page 185; O.R. Book 6622, Page 302; O.R. Book 6647, Page 1184; all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto..
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN
THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60
DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
