NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-002978-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Three Farrell Park Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Julita Patascher is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on October 21, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 107, FARRELL PARK CONDOMINIUM III, together with an undivided interest in the common elements according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 5926, Page 1255, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 82, Pages 84 through 86, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN
THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60
DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
