Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on August 8, 2011 in Case No.: 09-004207-CI-11 in the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Suzan Sneath, an incapacitated person; and the Unknown Spouse of Suzan Sneath; and Suzan Marie Sneath, a/k/a Susan Marie Sneath, an incapacitated person, as an Heir to the Estate of Bruce A. Sneath a/k/a Bruce Allen Sneath, deceased; and Julie Ann Sneath, as an Heir to the Estate of Bruce A. Sneath a/k/a Bruce Allen Sneath, deceased; and Bruce Allen Sneath, II, as an Heir to the Estate of Bruce A. Sneath a/k/a Bruce Allen Sneath, deceased; and Unknown Tenant #1; and Unknown Tenant #2 are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online public sale through www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on September 23, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
