YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed for money damages and seeking foreclosure of leasehold property located in Pinellas County, legally described as:
Unit/Lot No. 122 of RANCHERO VILLAGE CO-OP, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit“B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in O. R. Book 14878, Page 207, et seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida (the “Master Agreement”), and as legally described in Exhibit“A” to said Master Agreement;
Commonly known as, Lot 122, 7100 Ulmerton Road, Largo, Florida 33771, Pinellas County Property Appraiser Parcel Number 07-30-16-73553-000-0122;
Together with any equity owned in said Unit or any assets of the RANCHERO VILLAGE CO-OP, INC., including Membership Share Certificate 122, representing one (1) share in RANCHERO VILLAGE CO-OP, INC., and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom;
TOGETHER WITH: That certain 1979 Double-Wide NOBI mobile home bearing Title Numbers N21362A and N21362B, and Vehicle Identification Numbers 17147093 and 17147092, respectively (the “Mobile Home”)
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to David S. Bernstein, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within thirty (30) days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
