NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-022136 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and , BETHANN S. LUNDAHL; and SAUER, JOSEPH; and THE ESTATES AT BENTLEY PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 17th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 3, THE VILLAGE AT BENTLEY PARK, PHASE II, TRACT B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLT BOOK 108, PAGE(S) 68 AND 69, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
