NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 29, 2010 in Civil Case No. 07-007901-CI-21, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL, LLC SUCCESSOR BY CONVERSION TO HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL NETWORK, INC. is the Plaintiff, and, DOUGLAS R. EBY; NANCY A. EBY; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on September 29, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 45, of Baywood Village Section 2, According to The Plat There, as Recorded in Plat Book 54, at Page 49, of The Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
