NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2010 and an Order Rescheduling the Foreclosure Sale dated August 17, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-19046-CI-15 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-4, Plaintiff, and CHARLES GARDNER, JODENE GARDNER; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A ANGELA WILLIAMS, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 27th day of September, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK 4, HIGH-POINT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
