You are notified that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit:
LOT 156, CREST RIDGE GARDENS UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 3 AND 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
with a street address of 1140 Landau Street, Holiday, Florida 34690, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert M. Coplen, Esquire, Robert M. Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, on or before October 10, 2011, or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at West Pasco Judicial Center, 7530 Little Road, New Port Richey, FL 34654, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
