NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-006093ES/J1, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST SERIES 2006-NC2 ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and DAVID E. MOORE; CHASE HOME FINANCE; JENNIFER MOORE; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 29th day of September, 2011, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES. in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 201 TAMPA DOWN HEIGHTS, UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 145, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
