Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the Clerk of Pasco County will sell the properties situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Description of Mortgaged and Personal Property
Parcel 1:
All of Lot 7 and the North 15 feet of Lot 8, Block 6, H.R. NICKS SUBDIVISION, lying within the City of Port Richey, Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Parcel 2:
The School Plat in Black Five (5), according to the map of H.R. Nicks Subdivision of Section 32, Township 25 South, Range 16 East, Town of Port Richey, Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 25, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described as being bounded on the East by Church Street; on the South by Lot 21; on the West by Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12; on the North by Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8.
Together with any and all personal property secured by: (a) the Mortgage, Security Agreement, Financing Statement, and Assignment of Rents, the original of which was recorded in Official Records Book 6642 at Page 156 in the Public Records of Pasco County; and (b) the Assignment of Rents, Leases, Profits, and Contracts, the original which was recorded in Official Records Book 6642 at Page 176 in the Public Records of Pasco County.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
