NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, will on the 3rd day of October, 2011, at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pasco County, Florida:
The West 325 feet of the North 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, less the South 100 feet thereof, and less the South 181.09 feet of the North 231.09 feet of the West 225 feet, and less State Road right of way of State Road 577, Section 35, Township 24 South Rang 20 East, Pasco County, Florida. - AND- Commence at the Northwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 35, Township 24 South, Range 20 East, Pasco County, Florida; thence East 325 feet to a Point of Beginning, thence continue East approximately 995 feet to the East boundary of the Southeast 1/4; thence South approximately 330 feet to the South boundary of the North 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; thence West 420 feet, thence North 100 feet, thence West approximately 575 feet to a point 230 feet South of the Point of Beginning; thence North 230 feet to the Point of Beginning.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
