THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 10, ALL OF LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 135, TOWN OF ZEPHYRHILLS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
