NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-009259WSJ2, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-2, is Plaintiff and ROBERT BOYER; PASCO COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIVISION; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A RYAN NIX, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 30th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1945, EMBASSY HILLS, UNIT 13, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 49 AND 50 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO.
