Notice is hereby given that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 23, 2011 in Civil Case No.: 07-CA-012644, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK is the Plaintiff, and, MAELING SANTANA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAELING SANTANA IF ANY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AMNET MORTGAGE, INC.; DBA AMERICAN MORTGAGE NETWORK OF FLORIDA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida at 10:00 A.M. in September 27, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
The east 57 feet of Lots 13 and 14, in Block 5, of El Portal, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 17, at pages 15 to 18, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
