NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary order resetting Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated December 29, 2011, entered August 23, 2011 in Case No. 2009 CA 020926 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Stanev Stanislav are the Defendants, that The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at Hillsborough County Courthouse, George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 Twiggs Street Tampa FL, at 2:00 PM on September 23, 2011, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
UNIT 19-10436, THE VILLAS CONDOMINIUMS, ACCORDING TO THE DELARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15349, PAGE 568, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF Hillsborough County, Florida, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
