NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment Of Foreclosure dated and entered on August 23, 2011, Civil Action No. 09CA 19905 Division J of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the above captioned Plaintiff and the above named Defendants were parties thereto, the Clerk shall sell on September 29, 2011 AT 10:00 AM to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in the Final Judgment, on the 2nd Floor, of the GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, Hillsborough County, Florida, the following described real estate property:
LOT 10, BLOCK 4, OF KEYSTONE CROSSING, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, AT PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the foreclosure sale.
