Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 30, 2011 in the above-noted case, that I will sell the following real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as follows, and all personal property associated therewith:

Lot 1 and 2, and the East 28 feet of Lot 3, the West 65 1/2 feet of Lot 3 and Lot 4, of Block 3, of EMERY & SIMMONS ADDITION TO TAMPA, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Deed Book “Q”, Page 596, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and a parcel of land described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of REVISED MAP OF ADDIE, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 9, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, running thence South 88.45 feet to point of 1.0 feet North of a brick wall; thence East parallel with said wall 187 feet to Marion Street, thence North 88.68 feet to the Northeast corner of said Revised Map of Addie, thence West 187 feet to a Point of Beginning.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Edgecomb County Courthouse in Tampa, Florida at 2:00 p.m. on September 28, 2011. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be in cash or cashier's check payable to Clerk of Court. Final Payment must be made on or before 12pm on the next business day by cash or cashier's check.
