Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1 day of August, 2011 and entered in CASE NO.: 09-CC-014002, of the County Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Crosswynde Condominium Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Norma Gerton are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder at the Hillsborough County Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, 2nd Floor, Tampa, Florida 33902 at 2:00 P.M., on the 9th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 22-302 IN CROSSWYNDE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15774, PAGE 503, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
